Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo was nominated for the
Golden Globes as a TV, stage, and film actress. She was born in Dallas, Texas
and raised in New Jersey. She was featured in Coyote Ugly's breakthrough role
in 2000. She has been in a variety of films since that time, including
Christopher's "The Prestige" featuring Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale,
and "Because I Said So" featuring Diane Keaton, and "First
Snow" with Guy Pearce. "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Imagine Me
& You" films starring Steve Martin, "Cheaper by the Dozen",
"Cheaper by the Dozen", "Cheaper by the Dozen" films,
"10th & Wolf" crime drama featuring a cast which also
comprised Dennis Hopper and James Marsden. She starred alongside Bruce Willis,
Joseph Gordon Levitt, Emily Blunt and Jeff Daniels in Rian Johnson's sci-fi
action movie "Looper.". On TV, Perabo appeared as Annie Walker in all
5 seasons of USA Network's spy show "Covert Affairs." She was a part
of ABC's legal drama "Notorious" in the year 2016. She will be seen on
Netflix as "Turn Up Charlie" co-starring with IdrisElba. She also
made her Broadway debut in Neil LaBute's controversial play "Reasons to be
Pretty" that was nominated for the Tony for Best Play. Perabo is an
activist , as is her screen and stage work. She's an activist and a Voice for
the International Rescue Committee to raise awareness about the world's refugee
crisis and help those displaced by conflicts, persecution of religions and
political oppression around the world. Piper resides in Los Angeles and New
York City. She graduated from Toms River High School North in 1994. She
performed in every musical that was performed during high school. Senior year,
she was Katie in "Meet Me In St. Louis;" junior year, Cousin Fan in
"Mame;" sophomore year, Lady Brighton in "Me and My
Girl"" and , in her freshman year, a dancer on "How to be
Successful in business Without Really Trying." She was also the high
school president of the National Honor Society as well as the editor of the
school's literary magazine, Polaris. She was also an Marinerettes dancer during
high school football games.
